We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ShellisCloset. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customerservice@shelliscloset.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
